Diario de avengelina, 03 may. 10

Definitely harder to keep track of what I eat, as well to eat healthy during the work week when I don't have access to my own kitchen. Wednesday is my grocery shop day and I will be conscious of getting some healthy things to start bringing with me for Lunch and snacks so that I do not feel tempted to run through a drive through. Had a chicken sandwich today but because I resisted eating junk until then I am still well under my calorie allowance for the day. Going to get out for my walk now. Day 3 for me of counting calories and sticking to a diet. Doing well so far!
