Sounds awesome. Good food consciousness is the most important step. Not to raise anybody’s ire, because I know keto is working for people, but I think it is a nutritionally terrible fad diet. People lose weight as you will too if you cut out all those starchy carbs (pasta bread and potatoes just like the old movie stars); if you love rice, don’t cut it out completely, just control the amount (and do you like brown, black, and red rice? Whole grain everything, cut out refined and processed food). But giving up vegetables and other really healthy carbs is not a good thing, neither is loading up on animal fats and the rest. Lots of vegetables=GOOD. And you have to enjoy what your eating! Of COURSE, cut out sugar. Really.
