lazy day today, sat out in garden reading all morning and watched Wimbledon this afternoon whilst knitting a pair of "knockers" for the breast cancer charity "knitted knockers uk", for whom I'm a volunteer knitter & crocheter. (They provide really soft lightweight replacement breast prothesis free of charge to ladies who have had to have mastectomies due to breast cancer, but who can't have or don't want a reconstruction).
As for food today, had nothing much in this morning that was low carb friendly so ended up with an oatibix for breakfast! Then after a quick trip to the shops I had scrambled eggs for lunch and a steak burger and large salad for tea so hopefully my 30g carbs oatibix hasn't done any harm ... at least it's full of fibre!
