I did well until dinner - my bf and I had a Vietnamese cooking class tonight. Boy, it was fun and I had too much dessert. Aaahhhh, coconut milk - can't go wrong when you cook with that, but the calories add up reeeeal fast-like! I actually didn't snack during the class and did pretty well with the meal, but I am a little too full.

I am grateful for having a great relationship. My b/f is my business partner as well - we have had tough times in the past, esp. working together, but it has been pretty smooth sailing for the last six months. He is a very generous and great guy!
I am feeling sore from my little (what felt like) wimpy weight workout yesterday, so I guess I must've done something! It didn't feel like much at the time, but I'm feelin' it today! Allright.
I am grateful that I have such an abundant life that actually my over-eating is a symptom of too much abundance in my life. What a problem to have, eh? I don't think I have a clue how lucky I am. I have been to a few third-world countries and have gotten a little taste, but I'm probably pretty ignorant when it comes to how tough the rest of the world has it.
