I'll probably regret recording today's weight when it goes back up again tomorrow, but I just couldn't stand Fatsecret telling everyone I was gaining 2.3 pounds per week! It was 1 pound over 3 days, which doesn't sound nearly as bad!! Anyway, hopefully this loss will stay put, or better still go down yet further by Saturday's Born to be Wild Challenge weigh-in.
72,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 23,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

AWESOME looking graph....that consistent downward slope shows your dedication! And 51 pounds lost - that's INCREDIBLE...and never worry about a pound or two up on the scale as long as you KNOW you're keeping your focus...the scales WILL show your efforts in another day or two....KUDOS to you darlin'....GREAT job! You are doing so good! We are going to be "hot mamas" before we know it!!!!Have a great weekend. I don't log on the weekends as it seems to keep me better in line if I know I have to confess it all on Monday, wierd, I know... but it seems to help me.
