I have gained a little, but I think it's because of the Metamucil, I have stopped taking it for a while to see if that gets my weight back down.
It's already been a couple of day since I stopped, & I have gone down a little.
So I'm happy about that at least.
I'm a bit down on myself for going up, just the same.
oh well, I'm not giving up though
