It has been an interesting week. no matter how hard I work or limited my calories I just can't seem to see anything happening on the scale all week. It has just bounced up and down all week.
I am not overly worried about it anymore. I can fit into jeans I have not been able to wear for over 2 years. so I know I am losing fat, which is the big thing. I am not obsessed over the scale as I know for 3 weeks I have been working hard. I am on average 900 calories down a day for that entire time.
It has to be working on me internally. I am happy to finally feel like I am more fit and hopefully gaining more muscle tone each week. Now to get some of that fat to drop off my waist and I will be a happier camper. It seems that is going to be one of the last place it leaves.

The scale is not cooperating here either. Putting on a pair of jeans from 2 years ago is huge. Your hard work is paying off!

yep I am not worrying over the scale any more, having visible results is better. I am sure it will eventually come down, but being closer to the end run things will be slower I guess. 11 pounds to go
