I keep thinking about the way my body use to be. Depressed!! I sit and think about this. Instead of moving my body and staying active I stress about the weight I have put on since I had my baby girl. Now almost three. I can no longer use the excuse I just had a baby. Coming from a big family I thought I was always doomed to be fat. September of 2005 I made a vow to lose the weight and I did. I got down to the smallest size I had ever been. I put in a lot of hard work to get there. I was working out 6 days a week. Three plus hours a day. Even while I was pregnant I worked out 6 days a week. Of course the workouts weren't as crazy as they once were. Now it seems that the thought of losing weight is impossible. Spending 3 plus hours a day is not going to happen. Juggling between working full time and being a mom full time. My day is pretty much spent. I'm ready to lose the weight.
