Let's See...
I am feeling okay today. Tried on a size 14 jean skirt I could slide into last year (not easily) and the thing would barely slide over my hips. What a way to celebrate a 2 hour stint at the gym....Perhaps I shouldnt have done that, it completely ruined my high. I feel like I have been starving myself for a week and I only lost 3 pounds. Miami is coming up shortly and I certainly dont want to be this heavy. Furthermore, I just dont want to be this weight period.

keep going, look forward, you can do it!! i just come on here today to have a quick catch up, it made me relise i need to kick start myself again!!! i am going to be positive and concentrate on getting healthy and losing weight....... this year its about me, i hope you stay on track x
