Diario de baskington, 01 jul. 18

disappointing drop today but anything is better than nothing after recovering from my little cheat. today I had a decent sized breakfast of a 2 egg omelet with a little cheese, spinach and tomatoe slice. bummer I had a reaction this morning. I am guessing it was the eggs. tired all over and my eyes got blurry. guess I am going to have to add a rotational strict diet until my system settles down. I have food sensitivities that has been pretty settled for the past couple years now in flare up.
