Breakfast, I must try and eat more in the morning and less for dinner, however I’m not a morning Person and only seem to be able to eat something small.

I don't eat breakfast either, never have and I'm struggling to change to eating more at lunch time rather than dinner. I usually have my porridge round about lunch time and looking at your scrummy pic I'd eat that any time ;-)

Sorry to be a bore but breakfest is so important, Sets you up for the day. Have yous tried overnight oats??? Awesome don’t need much and it fills you.

Dr Kellogg said that breakfast was the most important meal. So no need to worry about it ha. If you're hungry eat... or have an amazing lunch instead 😁

If you don’t feel like eating in the morning then don’t. You’ll probably do better especially if you’ve eaten late the night before.
