Diario de Russell Brydon, 01 jul. 18

I have stopped thinking of this as a diet, it's wrong to call this a diet, it's what I call healthy eating.. The new foods I have found and different ways to cook, good healthy wholesome foods that don't swim in sugary hits that leave you with a burning desire to eat more sugar laden food.. And of course portion control, not too pile it high and scoff it down as fast as you can... Take time and enjoy a smaller portion... God it's good and I've already lost 1st 5lbs eating this way.. It's not hard, it's enjoyable...

I can't crack the portion control, I like a big plate of food but when it's healthy wholesome foods you can still do that and lose lbs

I'm the same Marnie, going to have a pile of veg on my roast today. I've never been an overeater, just ate the wrong things. and I'm with you too, sugar is my worst thing. keep the deep fried foods, pizza, chips, gimme chocolate lol

I’ve stopped calling it a diet too every time I do I fail and now that I’m a week in and have been calling it ‘substituting for healthier options’ or ‘I’m kind of starting to eat healthy’ I’ve gone from 10st 10 to 9st 6 Hopefully this works for you too.. Keep it up 😊

Great weight off. I’ve started again after yo-yo diet in 2012 & have now >4 stones to lose in 3-4 project periods
