OH HAPPY DAY, I WEIGH TODAY ( Saturday) I lost 2 lbs this week and so happy I was stuck on 179 for the last few weeks, well over that hump, and planning my splurge for the day. MILKSHAKE ( strawberry), and of course chocolate cake DONUTS. Splurge Saturday's are important to me, I get a reward for losing weight, and I have 1 day of happiness.Then back to work on Sunday.
