On vacation in Guatemala for 2 weeks. I weighed myself there one day and I was up to 208. I hope the scale was wrong!!
I did not track what I ate, but I did not drink sodas and had lots of fruits and fruit juices.
Maybe the cappichinos and chocobananos added the weight. :)
