Diario de loosinisfun, 17 feb. 08

day 260..42 today, wind chill is 37..its been raining, but not sure if it still is or not..so not sure about a morning walk until it gets closer to 6am.. been busy this week going bck an forth to the hospital..my moms blood sugar got messed up on wednesday, and it dropped to 60..shes been having one knee thats been bothering her and shes been taking meds for that as well..took her to the doctor and he thought it would be good idea to put her in the hospital and get it all straightend out..and give her therepy for the knee while shes ther as well..so ive been going back and forth between house and hospital last several days, then by time i get home..to tired to do anything but go to bed and get rest so i can go again..shes supose to be gettin out monday, with more therepy on that knee..they thougth it had water on it, but now that the swelling has gone done, might just need a shot of cortizone in it..until the mri and talking to the knee doctor, not sure yet..so been gettin my walk in the mornings, then a short gym exercise and then heading to the hospital for a few hours..everyone have a great day..and keep that body moving...

addon: was rainin at 6am..so went to the gym and got my walk on the treadmill for 50 minutes..then did another 15 on the bike..just to finish out the workout..got on the scales again this morning..its headed down again..so by monday im expectin anothr pound or 2..

Nice to see you are "moving" right along on your path to a healthier lifestyle! - you will be at your new mini goal in no time. Hope your mother is feeling better soon and the therapy helps her knee. Have a great week and I will check in on your chart to see how you are doing! -- I think you will be pleasantly suprised by your next weigh in -- building all that muscle increases your metabolism and that helps your body burn more calories - you are now a finely tuned, fat burning machine!

Sorry to hear about your moms blood sugar dropping so low... hope she is recovering okay? Sounds like you are trucking right along!! Truckin along like a freight train!! BURN RUBBER!!

they are talkin about discharging her tomow..then therepy tuesday and mri thursday to see why the knee is giving her so much pain..the sugar seems to be under control again..something that will have to be monitored alittle closer..shes feeling better..just tired from the therepy shes been gettin already..

You're doing wonderful on your new life change. Sorry to hear that your mom is in the hospital. Hope she is doing better.
