Diario de Mamagurg, 27 abr. 10

Today is the day before weigh in, and I am not very happy. I joined Curves over the weekend and was looking forward to working out 3 days a week but I am having problems with a heel spur and am in a boot for 3 weeks, which means I can't really do the workouts that would really count. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it. So the last 2 days not bad for eating I stayed within my calories. That's getting a little easier however I still think I could be making better choices than I am. I don't think its enough to just stay within the calories, I think I need to choose foods that will keep me fuller longer. With everything going on I'm still not giving up, I've come to far already and I am still bound and determined to drop this weight
