So I did Crossfit the other day with someone I went to high school with, she's seen my pictures and posts on facebook about my weight loss and she said that I have seriously inspired her. Many people have said that I have been inspiring, I just have to be able to continue to inspire myself.

Also just had lunch, it was pretty good! Especially because I've gotten into a cooking rut where I just cook similar things all the time, even though I should have plenty of time to cook. I suppose I've also been stressing myself out with timing of work or gym or other activities so that led to less eating/cooking more varieties of things. I thought lunch was going to be mexican, like steak wraps with peppers and onions and salsa. Ended up going Chinese-ish, peppers, onions, garlic, strips of beef top round meat (marinated in worcestershire and balsamic and salt and pepper). Cauliflower rice, but I didn't have soy sauce so I used hot sauce haha, and a little bit of broccoli. It was interesting, pretty good, very filling! Though I did forget to measure everything so I best guessed based on how I've been eating.

Yummy sounding recipe - I love that cauliflower done like rice. It really has the texture of rice.
