Diario de AprilB, 01 ago. 07

Here I go! Today is Day 1 on SB...like a knuckle head, I didn't weigh myself this AM to get my actual weight. I've been dreading stepping on the scale since I started gaining the weight I lost earlier this summer. I was 165 two and a half months ago but then my pants are feeling tighter...I know I've gained the weight back. :( But, I'm here now! I plan on journaling what I eat for the day. Any changes/additions from what I plan on, I'll do in red to help see where I'm going wrong.

Breakfast:Omlette- 1 egg, 1/4 c mushrooms, very small andful of LF mozzerrella cheese.2 turkey bacon slices

AM Snack:
2 celery sticks
1 wedge of LF Garlic and Herb Laughing Cow cheese for 1 celery stick
2 tbsp hummus

Lunch:
Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast on Salad note to self...grilled chicken from the cafeteria is GROSS!!

PM Snack
30 Pistachios

Dinner:
Grilled Salmon with lemon
Artichoke
Salad

Dessert:
Almond Ricotta

Workout:
No work out... :(

Water:
1 Gallon!

We seem to be doing about same so far good luck to you...It was oh so expensive. Especially since we really need to be eating better cuts of meat, chicken breast and turkey breasts all of which cost more than the fattier versions. Again, good luck...keep in touch.

Wow with the water, I know the feeling I was down to 161 at just before summer and began to gain it back but Iam ready to be back down and be healthy and happy again Good luck
