I absolutely love this website! It plays a huge part in helping me continue to lose weight. I love that it instantly shows me what percentage of protein/fat/carbs I am eating and how many calories I am taking in. That takes all the guess work out and the anxiety I felt the first week. Yea, another 2lbs gone! Down 14 total in 8 days. Is that for real? I actually have my husband get on the scale after me to ensure that its not broken and weighing correctly:)
