was good yesterday but didn't have access to a computer to post food & journal. It was a reg low carb day. Today is also a reg low carb day but my son & his GF are here and they are cooking tonight. Did say I'm low carb but they don't eat or cook meat so I heard alot about that last night....I'll probably just have a nice leafy green salad tonight with them.
Hopefully I stay clear of the beer! and maybe wine???
But come Monday I'll be back on the 3 day fat stall plan, seems to work well for me MTW
