This site is called "fatsecret", so I'll use that language. Two things cause us to get fat: (1) diets, (2) looking to lose weight. Diets are unsustainable, and looking to lose is, well, just that, looking. Both are expecting results from outside of ourselves,and holding a concept responsibly for it's failures. Two things cause us to lose weight and get fit: (1) learning how to take care of our bodies and (2) change, complete change, temporal change is not change, change is change. . Neglect these two and you will fail. Did I mention you will fail. No one wants that. There are "many" on here for well over 5, some 10 years and weigh more than they began. Some have health issues that are insurmountable; I get that. You know who you are and this doesn't apply to you. Nevertheless, how can we help motivate and hold each other accountable. I'm not PC, so my rhetoric can seem unkind, but I care, care too much to keep my yap shut. Love you guys.
