After a week of not getting a workout in, it felt good to be back at it again this morning. Thought I was going to do myself in since I was using the 15 and 20 lb weights more, but I pushed past it and didn't give up. Time for some protein, a shower then take the oldest boy to his Dr's appt. Praying for a good outcome to these tests today and tomorrow.
