Hi!
I was just thinking... it's been a year since I started on my weight loss journey, and I've lost over 60 pounds so far! I'm 5'4" and started out at 171 lbs. which means my BMI was 29.3 (almost obese, I'm embarrassed to admit!), and now I am 108 lbs. and my BMI is 18.5 It's been a little slow going these last couple of months, but I think I can get to my goal weight.
