@Belinda i started my weight loss journey on 5 February. Thus far I have lost 16kg just by cutting out all carbs and sugar. My weightloss has slowed down now and I still have 6kg to go untill i reach my goal weight so i have started trampoline classes to help it along. But this is the first exercise that i’m doing since I started.  

Beautiful! You look fit and healthy. I am going to follow you!
