I've been 132 even for almost a week, but this morning - 132.8. Considering I've followed my diet and exercised, I'd say it's water weight. Still, I'd rather record 132.8 and be less, than record 132 and be more and spend the next month just trying to get down to whatever that number is. So, hopefully tomorrow I'll be 132 again and I'll already have lost my weight for the week ; ) I haven't been to the gym in awhile, but I've been bicycling and rock climbing regularly. Need to get back to the gym though to work on my stomach and thighs. My two problem areas.
