Three days in a row at 132. I so want to record that weight but if it pops back up I know from experience how demotivating it is trying to get back down there again. I had a very heavy work out day and dropped down to 132 the next morning. I thought it was temporary but it's been three days in a row. How wonderful! That's a weight I hadn't thought to see for another month. This close to my goal I pretty much expect to lose between 1 and 2 pounds a month, not 2 pounds in a week. Of course I hadn't lost any the week before so technically I guess it's 2 pounds in 2 weeks. I'll record it tomorrow if the scale still says 132. And then try not to get discouraged if the scale doesn't budge for awhile.
