Another bad day... basically stuck in the car all day long. My best friend and I went to KFC because he wanted a Double Down so badly... so we got one, I used my book and got something recommended, but I did eat the biscuit they gave me which was WAY more calories than I thought. And two servings of mashed potatoes which I had to resist one of (though I stole a bite of them).

Then I was stuck in the car the rest of the trip and I didn't have ANY good snacks. I ate three packages of the 100 calorie milano cookies over the 7 hour drive, as well as those damn peanut butter M&Ms... and haven't had anything else today.

I'm going to try to eat all fresh foods from basically Thursday through when I weigh in on Monday (or as little FROZEN as possible, I don't think it's possible to not NOT eat some packaged food in my house, lol)... and hopefully I'll be right back on track. My birthday is in a week, and I do want to be able to have a little fun then too, so this next week is going to be REALLY trying hard.
