Finally getting some muscle back! Still have a long way to go with my triceps and under armpit flab. Hoping that will disappear as I lose the next 14 pounds and continue with consistent workouts. Don't know if I'll ever get my belly firm (not likely).

I abhor ab exercises, although I do them. Just probably not as much as I need to. As long as the weight loss continues, I'm hoping my belly will get a little smaller, at least, if not firm, lol.

Looking good! I love building muscle. My stomach has it, but after 3 kids, it's stretched so much that even when I loose belly fat, the muscle is still hidden under the skin, but I don't care, I'd stretch my skin all over again for my three girls 😊

My under arm flab is my worst enemy! What kind of workouts are you doing to help with it. Ugh. How long does it take to get rid of the flab.. I mean . my arms are huge!!

Thanks you guys! You make this old lady feel good!! I am able to gain muscle on my upper body much faster than my lower half, lol. I've increased the weight and decreased the reps for now and it's making a huge difference. I do a bunch of different exercises that focus on the deltoids, triceps, biceps, lats and trapezius (back muscles). My deltoids (shoulder) are the most defined right now. I'm really working my triceps, trying to get rid of the lovely flab that hangs down. I honestly didn't think I would get back to this point so quickly, although I still have a way to go. Seeing the definition coming back gives me the motivation to keep going. Plus, muscle helps to burn fat faster!

In response to your comment about abhoring ab exercises, have you tried a weighted hula hoop? I've lost over an inch this month since purchasing mine, no kidding! Bruises like the dickens at first but it's still better than sit ups lol

Didn't know they made weighted hula hoops! I used to love to do that when I was younger! I may have to look into it. Thanks!
