I haven't journaled for a few days, so figured I better write something. I find it harder to write when I don't have much to complain about. Weigh-in day in two days and am looking forward to that, but am not concerned about what the scale says. I have noticed another reduction in my size and have noticed I am moving around a great deal better than several weeks ago, so the actual weight is secondary. My blood pressure has dropped substantially so as I keep this up, I maybe will be able to stop the meds for that. All is good at the moment.
