Diario de loosinisfun, 21 abr. 10

goooooooood mornin everyone...slept in today..went to bed tired an woke up tired...plan today is to take time off from walkin..my knees are botherin me again...just cant seem to go very many days in a row before they bother me ...so off today from walkin..did close to 9700 steps yesterday...but not that many today...for anyone thats enjoyin all that nice weather...hehehe....rain is comin...so enjoy the heck outta it...i think rain is due here sometime this afternoon...till tuesday less its changed...hit an miss for a few days an then...lots of rain from what weather man says...who knows till it gets here...so todays plan is get on the floor an do crunches...work the top part...would rather be walkin...but no choice ...so some exercise is better then none..weight is still up but im thinkin thats inflamation in my knees...not really sure...well...just made the bed an now gonna do some surfin on the web...then ...get on the floor an stare at the ceiling...lol..have a great day everyone...
