the last 2 days haven't been too bad as far as my caloric intake. I'm happy with myself that I was able to get out the last 2 days and walk on my lunch hour, so that was good. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous to weigh in tomorrow, I pray that I've lost over the last week I have been struggling since this all started and I'm thrilled to have been accepted into this program at work, I'm not giving up, I do feel better that I'm not eating all the junk that I used to just because its there, and I would be lying if I said I still didn't want to eat the junk or be able to graze at work like I used to, but thats what got me in trouble to begin with. So we'll see what tomorrow brings and try not to worry about it.
