Was a good day, ate really healthy, but spoiled it in the end with 6 ginger nut biscuits.. Oh nooo. Got weigh in tomorrow as well.

I’ve been there and done that (not necessarily ginger nuts although now you’ve mentioned them ... 🤔). You have to learn to pause then ask yourself “is it worth it?” I’m not very good at that but I’m still learning and that’s the best thing I’ve learned so far. All the best!

Tell yourself... if you still want it, you'll have it in 30 minutes. By then, any cravings have usually passed :)

Often do those things(love ginger nuts),..9pm+ is torture for me,...Ur still going the right way tho’ 😬
