Plateau. Oh well. I've actually been weighing in higher than 133.6 most days but I've only 'cheated' one day and it was reasonable. I didn't work out for a week but have been for the last few days. Plateau's happen. I'll see how it goes next week. A few weeks at this weight might not be bad. Hopefully it'll tighten up a couple places I'd light to tighten - especially the belly!
