Hmmm holding at this weight but not going down any! I definitely feel the effects of not logging my food in. It really REALLY is a great tool that does keep a person on track. The summer has been tough to do this as its kinda a relaxing seat of my pants time that I have been having! My body feels like it is bigger than it is, even with just the addition of 3-5 extra lbs! Hopefully I can come back down and stay there.
I may just try a correction day tomorrow!
