Today is Sunday, right now the sun is out but it's a tad chilly this morning. I chatted with my sister in-law this morning she is going to the mall to walk, what a good idea, I wish I had the motivation to get moving so early in the morning. I'm sitting here trying to figure out something good to make for dinner tonite, where I might possibly have some leftovers for work tomorrow, I don't want to be eating the empty calories today or tomorrow. When I figure it out I'll be back to update, right now I'm going to get my day going. see you soon. Well I did well for dinner, grilled chicken breast, vegetables, baked potato. I have also been doing laundry most of the day. I think I'm gonna go for a quick walk in the sub. Need to get in more exercise in, Wednesday's weigh in will be here before I know it.
