Don't give up. I have noticed that when i am exercising sometimes i lose wieght slower but mostly b/c you are gaining muscle. I know it is frustrating though, you want to see the scale go down, so I guess that is why they say not to weigh so much but to notice how your clothes fit. Keep it up. It will go down sooner than later.
