Last night I binged on some Breyers half the fat coffee ice cream. A full cup and boy was I loving it. That cost me 5 points but that is ok because I have been good all week and am very pleased. Its hard to constantly be good. When I weighed today I noticed my weight went down...lol by .6. I thought I was going to see a spike or something but I was pleased to see it actually went down. I think sometimes you need to eat something bad it does help your diet. Anyone else agree? ( as long as it isnt ridiculous )
